Properties and purpose: Vitamin D3 is a prohormone with several active metabolites that act as hormones. The intake of this vitamin through food is very small on average, it is about 20% of the total daily needs, because very few foods naturally contain vitamin D3. It is estimated that more than one billion people worldwide have low levels of vitamin D3 in their blood. Vitamin D3 capsules are a dietary supplement designed to maintain normal immune system function and normal bone and muscle function. In addition to maintaining bone density, vitamin D3 also participates in the mineralization of the bone matrix, as well as in maintaining the level of calcium in the bones. Its role in viral infections, autoimmune diseases, skin diseases, dementia and depression is especially important.

Composition: one capsule contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 2000 IU (50 µg)

Other ingredients: refined sunflower oil, glycerol, beef gelatin, medium chain triglycerides, DL-alpha-tocopherol.

Dosage and method of use: children over 4 years 1 capsule daily. The contents of the capsule are squeezed on a teaspoon and given during a meal. Adults 1 to 2 capsules daily
