Properties and purpose: Fish oil soft capsules are a dietary product, a dietary supplement used as a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A and D3. Type A fish oil is a refined oil of fresh liver of Gadus morhua L. and other fish of the family Gadidae. The fish oil contained in these capsules contains a large amount of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA minimum 70 mg / g, DHA 100 mg / g) as well as D-alpha tocopherol which protects the heart and blood vessels. Due to the content of vitamin A, fish oil has a positive effect on vision, especially in chicken blindness and corneal damage. The content of vitamin D3 in fish oil contributes to proper growth and development in children, as well as to the prevention of osteoporosis and rickets.

Ingredients: one capsule contains fish oil (type A) 500 mg which corresponds to vitamin A (300 – 1250 IU or 90 μg – 375 μg) and vitamin D3 (30 – 125 IU or 0.75 μg – 3.12 μg).

Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerol and water

Dosage and method of use: children 1 to 2 capsules per day, adults 1 to 3 capsules per day
