Properties and purpose: Omega 3 1000 are soft gelatin capsules used to protect the heart and blood vessels. Fish oil, which is part of these capsules, contains a significant amount of omega-3 fatty acids: EPA, DHA and D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E). Omega 3 fatty acids reduce high blood pressure, lower high triglyceride levels and thus help prevent and develop atherosclerosis.

Composition: one capsule contains fish oil (not less than 30% EPA and DHA) 1000 mg, which corresponds to a total of omega-3 fatty acids (not less than 300 mg) of which ERA (as free fatty acids) not less than 160 mg and DHA (as free fatty acids) not less than 100 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (HALAL and Kosher quality), moisture retaining ingredient (glycerol) and purified water

Dosage and method of use: one to two capsules, once a day, during a meal
